Team Duflex
The team consists of enthusiastic multidisciplinary technicians, all of whom have completed vocational (MBO) and higher professional (HBO) education and at least three years of experience in custom machine construction. Because we don't have separate departments for engineering, mechanical engineering, and control technology, everyone knows what they're doing.
What we develop is designed, assembled, programmed, and tested by the same team. This minimizes the time wasted on meetings and information transfer, leading to high levels of project commitment.
Duflex's diverse projects make it a dynamic company. Innovation, learning, and investment in future technologies and personal development are crucial. In our industry, standing still means going backwards, which is why we operate in multiple sectors; it keeps the company fresh.
We might be developing a special 60-ton press while simultaneously working on a complex contact lens line. The diversity of our projects allows us to combine technologies from different industries.
We clearly prioritize wide spectrum, and the benefits of this have been proven since 1997.
